Well done ST and Ali. No matter how hard it was or how you felt, you're now marathoners!

BTW - keep the TT ST!

Back from a week in France drinking and eating like it's going out of fashion. Some swimming (4 lengths...) and no biking, but 3 quality runs; longest was 50 minutes. Weather was wet and windy for most of the week, but the kids enjoyed Disneyland

Well done Ali and ST... Was thinking of you whilst at work hoping the rain would stop. Bit gutted you didn't get a medal tho. Enjoy the Chinese and beer!

Evening! Just logging in to see how Ali and ST did. Well done! Sounds like a tough race. But you are now marathoners. Congratulations

Sorry I haven't been around much. Just really, really busy. Cat - sounds like a lovely week.

Ali - you can't stick your trainers in the washing machine cos it melts the glue and does other technical stuff I don't remember. If they are really bad then just wash them off in a bucket of cold water. Then stuff with newspaper and dry them with warm heat (ie on table beside radiator, not on top of roasting hot radiator). Change paper regularly. You can machine wash the laces through.
