Well, I'm in at long last - middle distance - but can't say I'm over enthused about it
Anyone any idea how they count the laps on the swim, looks as though it could all get a bit confusing to me
The middle distance people get to go first, then 1 hour later everyone else gets to go
I know they give you wrist bands for the run, but know about swim laps or bike laps

always book premier inn ealry as they tend to fill up and theres no deposit, you only pay when you get there
we could put your bike in our room and you have the car for the night, not to comfy but the offers there

This years race info is out and they have changed the bike course quite a lot.
Only 5 laps now and 58 miles, it was an out and back course its now a loop so should be as boring

so far there are 199 for the big half
could have a race on for finishing postions 196,197,198 and 199
there few more signed up so its 208...
i guess i'll be the 208th person finishing the swim providing i dont get lost on the swim course....
