So 1.5 people out of 100,000 doing triathlons die of a heart attack, and presumably then, 0.75 out of 100,000 running marathons.
It doesn't say how many fat lazy bastards who do no exercise die out of 100,000, but I'm guessing it's got to be way less than 0.75. So I'm taking no chances... going straight to Greggs for lunch, and then on to Dixons to buy a chav box and a Sky subscription.
Hurrah for informative newspaper reporting!
