Hi folks - been a long time but I am still here. Having missed the first round i'm still after kit. Shorts and a monaco ideally - dunno about one piece. Can't remember what size tho probably l shorts and whatever top fits 44 chest - there was another list but it vanished. While I'm here anyone got a good site for gels and energy bars etc. It's hungry work all this cycling....

The thread for mike with the new bike.

Did my first run in new kit. Shorts felt fine although I'm not used to running with such a tight top on.

Shorts on bike weren't as nice, got a bit of rubbing.

The top was brilliant for the FLM, even if it was just a tad short in the body, I hope my belly belt didn't offend anyone.

I didn't try the shorts for it though. D'ya reckon I could use them in a spin class or will I look a bit Dafydd ?

I wore mine around a client site whilst getting ready for a cycle home...I have no shame!

Got some looks for the ladies yesterday on my run, thankfully no laughs!

top was indeed fine and comfy at FLM.......need to run in the shorts yet to see what chafing factor is like -but they were OK on the bike.........

Howdy!!

I see there's no one around but I'll have to drop my message anyway... this is one I think CO may like.

I've been out of action for over 5 weeks and I've only just got to the stage where I can run about 4 miles without dying. Initially I was very confused, specially as my symptoms were all over the place but then, someone found a 'spider bite' on my side. Guess I must have rolled on the critter as I slept. Anyway, since all my joints still ache and my HR is nowhere near steady yet, I'm having to pull out of Zurich. I may still come over and help drink the beer though.

I know, you said. Bstrd got me in my sleep though. That'll learn me to go canoeing in the wilderness. Should have stuck to running/cycling/pool sharking.
