Got to admit that I am enjoying the training but enjoying the weight loss even more, 16lbs gone in just on a month, although the weight seems to be shifting from the strangest places.
Wrist - had to tighten the watch strap 3 nothches in the last month
Ankles\calves, I have some boots that used to be a pain to get on, not any more, if only the belly would recede as quickly as the wrist!!
