If you were to split your race into separate swim, cycle and run races - which do you normally finish highest in?

Running for me.

Bike by a mile ( usually top 20% )

Swim usually middle of the road.

Run in bottom 10%.

Thats why I am doing more running

More running sounds like the key! Coming from a running background I find my run is up at the top for sprints, but as the bike leg gets longer my position in the run gets lower. My biking stamina probably needs some work.

Quite tidy at prevaricating.
The whole "racing" bit is a weakness, but I think it's much over-rated.

Based on my last (only) race, (Bala standard '11) I'd have to say my run is the strongest.

Swim - 216th - 40.7%

Bike - 164th - 30.4%

Run - 34th - 7.05%
