oh what was that I just saw scampering through?  Awful fast whatever it was!

Heavens yes I shall be training. Christmas is all about doing your favourite things so I shall be doing mine before cooking a huge roast and enjoying it knowing I've worked for it!

As long as the snow clears.

I'll be cycling to my mums and back in the morning which is about a 25 mile round trip and then probably just an easy 5 miles or so in the afternoon.

Boxing day will be my day with the kids so nothing on the Sat for me.

What time is the XMas Day Banstead Parkrun? What's the form? Not been to one before but have signed up etc. What time would I reasonably be away by (allowing for social activities after etc?)

9am.  Allowing for their announcements before the start, time to run and some social chitchat afterwards, you could certainly be home by 10.

assuming the ice has gone, I was planning couple of hrs MTBing in Epping Forrest.   I was planning on dragging the missus out as well.....
Should be fun but will be very very muddy.

With 71 days to go IMNZ A day off work is a training day as far as I am concerned. But it's too icy around here to get out and do anything sensible - so will be a 2 hour turbo session for me.

I have a 3 mile slow run tomorrow and then a 4 mile race on Boxing Day, which I've been building to since I've come back from injury about 4 weeks ago.
