Evening all

I've just entered this - need to get my teeth into something again after Bolton. I'm guessing I won't be able to squeeze in much sandbagging at the moment though.... .

Looking forward to seeing you all there. Happy tapering !

Lol I see we are all doing well It seems to have snook up all of a sudden. I have a sore foot from slipping on shoes someone left on the stairs and bouncing down on my butt for 10 steps and crashing my heel into the wall.

If it doesn't remember you have to run quick or you will get me talking B*llocks all the way round.

Ha ha I'll look forward to it, if I can keep up

My aim on the day is to get to the icecream before it melts this time aye Mrs D!

I am sure ice cream purchase can be timed so that it starts melting way before you are near the finish line and will have to be eaten for you

Just done a reccie of the bike course to remind myself, quite a nice course not totally flat but lots of stetches to get on the bars.

I did two laps with the ride there and back just under 50 my longest ride since outlaw. Looking forward to this also.

I will be going down to Bozzie tomorrow morning for the swim and then a reccy over the run course if anyone wants to join me (*cough-Pixie-cough*) - Im not a fast runner so don't expect speedy gonzalez!

Buttercup the other year there where lots and a by lots I mean tons of wild raspberries and blackberries if you just want to see what the course is like and want to take your time you could always bring some carrier bags and fill your boots?  It's not a busy road so shouldn't be petrol fumes and stuff on them. I think I saw a apple tree by the side of the road to not that I'm obsessed by food or anything.
