Anyone interested, nice steady rides designed to get those winter miles in the legs

ha ha ha ha ha!

"nice steady rides" ?!?!?!?!

If I can do the dates I'll be up for it. I have unfinished business with Toys Hill, or are we going to find some proper hills this time?!

Have you tried taking quinine before bed?

Count me in

Smiffy - re quinine could try that, but in this case I suspect it was the doing a half IM having only ridden 5 road and 5 mtb rides in 14 months. Would love to blame something chemical, but I think that lack of training more likely suspect, and totally self to blame!

Though I've no objection to adding a medicinal G&T into my training diary

Count me in. Dustboy keeps bigging up the Smithy rides.

I don't go over the Kent border though, the roads are attrocious.
