After yesterday's race I saw a bloke wearing what I think is the perfect shirt. On the back it said

'Life is Simple - Swim, Bike, Run, Eat, Sleep'

Just about sums up the world of triathlon.

Saw a small child the other day wearing a T shirt which said 'I do all my own stunts'...wonder if they come in grown-up sizes?

Crashie - you get them in Next... I htink the biggest is age 14... so it depends how big an adult you are!

I like the title of a book I've just ordered - Swim, Bike, Run, Laugh.

Although I have to say I like FB's "If triathlon was easy they'd call it soccer" (load of overpaid nancy boys as far as I'm concerned) even more.

Life is simple......etc T shirts were the finishers shirts at IM Switzerland this year.. I had a nightmare with sunstroke but just had to finish to get one of the shirts .... wife not particulaly impressed with the sentiment though !!!

Explain ... life isn't simple actually in non triathletes eyes Swin,bike,run,eat,sleep, spend time with family & friends, work,do DIY,visit mother in law etc.... need a large T shirt for all that !!!!
