Just working on my training plan for my first 50K. I'm going for the easy week/hard week alternate and back to back runs off-road at the weekends.
So...my question is will I be OK just doing the Saturday longer run off-road and the Sunday shorter one on road?
About as much use as a chocolate teapot!
