Sorry folks, this is a rant! I'm perfectly happy with my computer the way it is, I know where everything is, how to get my emails, how to run searches, etc. Now my provider says I have to update the software because the old version will no longer be supported. So I loaded the software update, and now I can't find anything! They promised my email address book would transfer over too and it didn't! Lucky that I'm sceptical by nature and printed it out before doing the download.
I can't even find my 'favourites'.

Tell you what folks, doing an IM is a fecking sight easier than dealing with IT.

and my PC reacts a whole lot slower too!

Anyone know how I can de-install the old software without wrecking anything?

IE gross , Camino or Fireyfox on Mac only ways to browse
