Yep, looks like its going to be wet, muddy and slippery!... Was out on the South Downs last night and that was pretty slick without having huge amounts of rain. Can't wait!

Worth the wait from Henk - lovely e-mail. I`m pumped up out now. 

Not looking forward to tomorrow at the moment - feel completely knackered! Hopefully it's just a reflection of nerves and 3 days no exercise. Not in the ideal mental place at the moment

Quick kit question - is it worth packing waterproof trousers? I've never run in them, and I can't find them - so I'm thinking no... Any views?

if you can't find them, don't pack them

I'm taking mine in case I get reduced to a shambling walk in freezing rain. In all other cases not worth it
