Not a triathlon, its an ultra marathon in South Africa, 89km, 12 hours to finish! yuo in?

whoa! I haven't even done a marathon yet - am planning on doing the BArbados one and then the London one.

Also just getting my bike to do tri - would like to do an ironman...so maybe....

UK, Essex. Yes do run (albeit badly)and a member of a running club, or if you mean have i run comrades before NO, have done 3 marathon and have one coming up in October just need to get some proper training done for this first.

Welcome, will be good to have a novice for the race to chat with! i have done 2! Gobi over there has just completed his first and raring to get going with the 2nd!

Im from Pretoria South Africa, have run about 10 ultra's , and lots of marathons, i forget exact amounts!
