Any other lunatics wanna join us doing the south downs Marathon and the Northdowns 30K in the same weekend ?

sorry Andrew not up to that yet only the mara and a 30k  all good training for London to Brighton

True, it will be excellent training and I would expect they are harder courses per mile as well. I wonder if the poppys will be out for the ND30 it is worth it just for that.
