Mind your head on the bridges and if you are wearing your costume make sure some idiot doesn't drop you in the canal :o)

Check out my video of the run.
Link is on the GUCR website.
Had to trim it down from 50-odd mins to 8 to fit onto Youtube.
Tried to capture just how crap the weather was...

M1 will be doing it unsupported, anything else is just cheating :o)

Along with walking poles and pacers!

And shoes.

I have solved the problem as to why I have never finished the GUCR........I should run in my fancy dress telephone and then if I fall or get pushed in by those of you who think fancy dress runners are a pain, I will float all the way to Little Venice...........

Who needs shoes by the way?

Exactly, shoes are for cheats!

In fact anyone who crosses that finish line wearing shoes should be DQ'd

you're safe then as you've quit twice before the end

:o)
