I am hiring a wetsuit for the season So I reckon I may well do this one.

I've been considering this as it is miles away from me and I could sneak in an OW event to see if I can do it without freaking out.

Is Llanelli South Wales? SA15 - is relatively near to Swansea?

SLAW

Its about 10 miles further west than Swansea - M4 junction 48 and follow the signs for Llanelli, then Millennium Coastal Park / North Dork.

PO

Llanelli Tri always do T shirts. Last year I did the duathlon, triathlon, half marathon and 10K. I now have 4 Tshirts, all with the same design, but the wording changed as appropriate.

Oh, roll on 2008, I now have the half marathon T with the year changed! I'm looking forward to the tri.

TT - speed typing not my strength

I've been doing Llanelli Tri events for close on 10 yrs, I have many similar T's, they are quite good for cleaning the car tho.

Nevermind that, its a cracking little race, get yourself entered and I'll see you at the start line.

I'll see how my drowning sessions progress...

The good news is I can do 1000m FC now...

The bad news is I need about 30-40 secs rest after each 50m

Dont worry Nam, Llanelli is quite shallow so you can stand up instead of hanging onto the poolside.

I am gooing to walk the swim Join me Nam...

Soooooo, if one is placed, does one get a medal though? Anyone know?

I wish you hadn't said about walking the swim.  One of my OW fears is things under my feet.

TT - off the current topic.  Which is harder:  Bala or Vitruvian?

read this http://www.pacesetterevents.com/vitruvian.php
