Yeh I read that.  But I also read Bala...

They both sound really hard.  Just wondering if I should do Vitruvian or not...

Bala, cold swim, hard bike for those not use to it. Run is rated top 10 hardest runs in UK tris.

Yes TT I'm racinig, and in answer to an earlier question, you do get an award if you place in the top 3, the open event has prizemoney and trophys with the vets etc getting a trophy.

Oh yes forgot someone walked away with loot!

See you there then pebble. My swim should be better and my run should improve.

Really? In SA we have none of that. Big cycle race run by local radio station - radio station called "Highveld Stereo", length of race 94.7kms (also the frequency of radio station) what is the name of the race?

Highveld Stereo 94.7 Cycle Race

Big running race - down past Cape Point - can see the meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans. What is the name of the race?

The Two Oceans (pretty though...)

Big swim race. A mile across Midmar Dam in Natal. What is the name of the race?

Midmar Mile.

GENIUS!
