Need one who understands ultra-running mentality

I know that technically I should be posting this in the "Health and Injury" section but I could do with the name of a sports podiatrist who understands that ultra runners are perfectly normal people and do not wish to be told something along the liines of, "You're overloading it, run less miles".  I could do with one who has more of a, "Yes we'll get you back up to 100 miles a week, no problem" attitude.

If anyone has a recommendation I would be very appreciative to hear.
