by the spoon, mmmm thats a bit extreme - might explain the 3 mile exclusion zone you have!

Its nice though I quite like white marmite as a winter treat

If clif make marmite shot bloks I will disown them. There is no need for that type of disgusting behaviour!

Now if they managed a nutella one we would be in business!

Team Nutella!!!

I have been in the lakes in weather like that, we actually got a brilliant tail wind on a climb and ran at a reasonable rate all the way to the summit. It was a strange feeling. Sounds like a good run though CC, nice one!

Marmite for me!

Whilst the price of fish is always interesting, it makes the start line for our next races a whole lot more interesting know which side your opponents are batting for

This has gone on enough, well done to all of you for still getting out of the house despite your horrible disease. Marmitus. I have heard the only sure is developing a sense of taste

Anyway, next race... Dorset CTS early December. Will be a bit of fun. Muddy, wet and windy I am sure

Whats next!!!!  Some running I hope

14/11/2012 at 19:24

24 hour race at end of February. Would it be completely mad to have a go ( possibly as training run and test strategy) to do a 12 hour mid December?

14/11/2012 at 20:02
Nope. I didn't but then again I was comfortable having a few night runs in my lead up to get me used to it. If it makes you feel more at ease then fine.

WIB: Buddy, seriously, time to take stock the benefits of marmite go a long way beyond its incredible taste:

Ofcourse... how silly of me to question the thorough and accurate reporting of such useful resource for accurate and partial information Don't let the front page of celebrities covered in bugs put you off, there may be some news tucked away in there somewhere

Well last year, I believe the news was tucked away in her knickers! In anycase, no matter how hard you try, you will circum to the power of the darkside (marmite!)
