what do you class as hard? and what do you class as long?
haha, sorry I wasnt expecting you to reply before a sensible answer came back. Only joking about the run hard bit ........ I'll let loulabell or someone else reply as Im no expert on Ultras, dont see the point in them personally. Maybe Shin71 (waves to Shin71) can help.
gosh, David, are you recommending i give advice? but , but , maybe im one of those people who do one a year and are 'all the gear no idea' bless you. i will do my best to help Dobster
hi Dobster , where are you in Oxfordshire? im assuming you are good to see a girl on here.
Hi - I live in the sleepy town of Faringdon between Oxford and Swindon. Just training for London, ran my first marathon last year and want to carry on after this one in April. I like the idea of slowly building up the distance and being able to head out for a long run at the weekend with no goal in mind, just run! (Does that sound a bit crap??). Is there a shortage of girls in the Ultra world?
