too soon?
I found adding the course to my watch invaluable. If anyone is having problems with adding acourse to their watch I've made a little how to. Link below.
I hope it helps someone stay on course.
Adding Garmin (305) courses
Well done guys! You were truly inspiring what ever time you finished in! I was one of the photographers, and since photographing the country to capital & Thames Trott i have ramped up my training, and entered a half marathon..... a walk in the park for you, but a step in the right direction for me!
Those of you that use garmin connect, can one or two of you add me, so i can see the sort of training you guys do?

Hi Tom, I've just sent you a request, so you can have a look at my training. I hope it helps. I started doing ultras last year, and have done a 35, two 50s and the Wall, which was 69 miles. The gap in my training was when I got hit by a car, so don't emulate that!
thanks very much, I will have a look through Just out of interest, what are your guys running numbers, i will be able to put a name to a face based on your time. I would hope to avoid being hit by a car! Glad you have recovered.
My pleasure, welcome aboard.
I was number 548.
Did you wear your number on the front?
I was number 727 but I had a green jacket on over the top most of the time.
Yeah, it was on a race belt around my waist. Orange beanie and white compression sleeves (I used to do triathlon, okay?!)
Congratulations to everyone. My legs seem to be almost back to normal although my appetite has gone through the roof. Hoping it will calm down in a couple of days! Any advice on when to start running again?
Legs feel great and managed an off road 8 miler tonight. Ramping up for the TP100 now.
I have uploaded a little video from the start of the race. Brings back feelings of fresh legs and no pain. That day will return but it seems a long way off at the moment. If your interent will allow, watch the video in HD quality as it was quite low light.
Thames Trot Start video
