Welcome Sian, and congrats on stepping up to your first ultra. I haven't done this part of the ridgeway either, but it looks cracking and I'm sure it'll be a good one. I leave at the other end if the ridgeway, so doing all 3 days so I don't have far to drive home!
I think we all register at 8, but then have a few house to kill I until the 11 or 12 start...but annoying. I did a 14 miler today with some tempo pieces in there. Hill session tomorrow then taper. Would like more than 4 days resting, but a good session will hopefully give me some confidence which is worth more than sitting on my bum, IMHO!
Looking forward to meeting everyone. Im going to need a decent bag too - want to take a down sleeping bag as I'm predicting some chilly temps.
Ps Lou, no I don't snore, I'm an angel when I sleep
