Hi People,
I was hoping to find links to Ultra sites to help with training. Time to go back to running and you all can help by posting your links here. :-)

Please post links here and share.

How about William Sichel's Website Ed?!

The Comrades website has some stuff - a forum that gets usefully active from November-ish and a Comrades training plan.

Norrie Williamson's website has some stuff also - if you go soon his Comrades training plan may still be up and has some interesting ideas for training.

Hal Higdon's website also has an ultra training plan.

Tim Noakes' "Lore of Running" has an ultra chapter.

Just been reading that Hal Higdon utlramarathon schedule, and it seems that I have been following the basics of it, if not the mileage, for years.
In fact my present training for Worksop Half is identical except the Saturday run.

Noake's Lore of Running is a good dead-tree source.

I've found at Elite training. It offers training resources and training course material to develop team building skill.
