sounds lovely Alistair and i havnt run any events in that lovely part of the world but i too will be nursing sore shins most likely from Abingdon  marathon...and if i take WibWF advice- i will be in bits!!!

Would love to but I'll be doing final training weekend of pilates course. Love Snowdonia ... Welsh 3000s is a worthy challenge for mid-summer ...

Lou was panicking about hanging on for 26 miles - I did point out that we shouldn't have crashed at the first mile!!!

OK cheers. Weirdly just thinking of entering this has got the running juices flowing again and started me looking at what to work towards for next year.
