We haven't managed a wannabe social yet, maybe there is an idea their LLB / LIRISH:

My 'two-penneth' on speed sessions running slow for a long time is easier if your form and efficiency are top draw, running fast is pretty much the best wayt to improve your form and efficiency.

LLB, i started using a coach last year to help me get to marathon and Then through the other 8 halfs i did last year. I'm one of those people who trains better if i know someone is holding me accountable. He has pushed me to do things i wouldnt have done. Not expensive, and definitely worth it.

Beer mile! Speedwork... yes!

Lirish - I had a shocker! ended up very dehydrated through my own stupidity and say at Dam Nation aid station for well over 2 hours repairing the damage I had done. Got up and set about running a sub 20 whilst still catching up on some much needed drink and when that was no longer feasible I just lost the motivation to run hard, stuck a jacket on and walked it in for the buckle. Learned a huge amount, came away un injured and can't wait to get on to the next one though.

Spen - What do you need my opinion on? The benefits of speed work? Why you should drink when running around a forest in Texas? Is GU really a good breakfast?

11/02/2013 at 15:27
Thought it might be your knee when I saw how long it took you to complete the third lap, I had you down for around the 17 hr mark.
11/02/2013 at 15:45

Of course not!  Backpacks..........................

11/02/2013 at 15:46

11/02/2013 at 16:09

WiB, you just wouldnt listen to me-marmite flavour GU is what you need!

11/02/2013 at 16:12
