Entered a sprint Tri a month ago, had no idea how to train for one (am also in a training plan for a half marathon early September) and now have 2 weeks to go. I know I can do the seperate parts, I have most of my gear sorted and the swim probably my strongest part but I have no idea how to pace myself, what training to do in the next 2 weeks and I foolishly looked at the splits for those completing it last year and now I have totally freaked myself out that I am going to make a total fool of myself! What do I do? Any advice welcome - I have always wanted to do this and I don't expect to win anything but equally want to do myself justice!
