Im well into a marathon training schedule (week 9 out of 16) and during a speed session i have developed a pain in the sole of my foot!!! in the arch towards the heel but not on the heel (a bit like a strain). I was breaking in a new pair of trainers at the time Mizuno Wave Riders 15's my first run in them but i do have custom made orthotics and was using them. Could this be just a strain? can you run through it?? could it be Plantar Fasciitis??? or is it a case of bad luck rest for a few days and revert back to my old Brooks Ghost 4... its my first marathon and don't want to miss it. im gutted need help....
