Can't read subscriber content - Website bugs

Even though I'm logged on as a subscriber, I can't get to read any race info as the site asks for my subscriber number (which I just happen to not carry round with me - doh!) Any idea why this should be?

John - you can see your subs number on your 'My Details' screen.

Unless of course it's disappeared from there as well.

well yes, that's right, but why should I have to enter it to get info whein I'm logged on anyway??!!**

Agreed, but it could let you get to something that you might not be allowed to access until RW have fixed the problem.

seems fine now, Sean, having entered my subscriber number and got a 'validated' message!

We're revising the members section to allow smoother signup for subs - a single step, rather than having to become a member first, then add your subs number.

It's taking quite some coordination/cooperation on the part of our subs handlers, but it should bear fruit soon
