12th day has now passed - kill the Christmas emoticons!
Time for easter emoticons maybe? The eggs are already in the shops...
No it needs to be Valentine's Day first, then Mother's Day, then Easter
I'll get them to remove them, might be a platform wide festive change so might not be instantaneous but it's in the system to be fixed.
The elves are as on the ball as ever I see, Ben!
Was early November these feckers came in. Bah flamin' humbug...enough!
yes, enough is enough - get them gone!!!
Its been another week....
it is getting really stupid and annoying and makes the site look bad......can they just revert them back please
This is to be changed asap, I was told this week, but it's running across lots of different sites so when the developers make the changes, it's not just here so they have to sign it all off. Not ideal, but there we go. There was a code freeze over christmas so all dev work is being caught up on now.
Mine have gone completely, apart from
why didn't they sign off the change to develop it and then take it down again all in one go before christmas? it's a temporary implementation, so it should be possible to do that. surely. not the first time this has ever been done is it?
Santa finished the job at about 7.30am Christmas morning and wants to get back into his jeans and t-shirt now. No wonder he looks like this:
Here's an idea, Ben. They're crap and unnecessary so tell them not to bother with them at all next year.
Have you ever had anyone badgering you to 'turn those lovely Christmas emoticons on'?
No? Didn't think so. Voila - you all save yourselves the hassle next year.
tell them to ask whoever did it on all the precious years without any hassle...........they really do not seem to be very capable at what they do at the moment so maybe suggest they forget the fancy things like christmas hats and concentrate on the basics....
The santa hats have left the building - thank goodness
