Delay setting up online entry - Website bugs

I've been waiting since last Friday evening for online registration to go live for my event (South Cheshire 20). I've resubmitted the banking details, and emailed the events contact email on Monday and Wednesday, but had no reply. When I go to 'manage your event', it is still inviting me to set up online registration. I can't see any point doing it a third time.

Has anyone else had this problem recently, or can someone from the RW team help, or contact me?

Found a phone number and sorted it. Don't recommend anyone use the events@runnersworld.co.uk email, as it doesn't appear to get read. Took five mins on the phone.

YES!, I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

THINKING OF TRYING ANOTHER ON-LINE ENTRY BODY AS THIS IS SO INEFFICIENT.
