I don't think you need to delete your profile unless you are really having a flounce off the forum and want people to know it. Just don't post if you don't want to be here.

Oh and if you are flouncing, please link me to the thread that caused it.

Not that I want anyone to leave, just that I don't bother reading much on here now.

iflet.i presume that instead of just leaving the site you wish to delete your details and remnove all the posts you have made.........

the RW can do that so if I was you i would start a thread about it......then report it to the moderators and that should get their attention...........

they can then tell you what they are willing to do...........

I see that stephen has still kept his account current and posting but has made his details private....so if that is what you want they should be able to do that as well

But what's the point seren? Imagine the hassle if everyone wanted to do that.

Stephen, do you work for the BBC?

not everyone would want to.but some people might need to.maybe top avoid a stalker or an ex finding things out.......

I'm sure if someone has a genuine need then they would do it.why not.they delete them of people they permanently ban like old jokerman

sorry but im not sure why people think im wanting to flounce anywhere or why i might have an ulterior motive for leaving the site. I just don't use the site anymore so don't want my details held on my profile anymore.

I was actually talking about the OP as he is more of a regular poster. But don't knock it until you've tried it. A good flounce is very cathartic.

i asked a simple question and wish id not bothered now.
13/11/2012 at 21:21
That's not a proper flounce

I can't remember the last decent flounce we had round here.

Why don't you just change your profile details. I don't think there's an option to delete it.

i might have to.

*spins around, flicks her hair, strides through the door and slams it shut*

(was that flouncy enough lol)

Oh that's a good try.

You might as well stay now anyway. Most of us don't actually run. It's all a bit too much effort I find.
