...because catchable isn't working
Laughing his arse off somewhere I expect
This happens to me intermittently. why does entering the correct code not get you straight in?? Sometimes it takes 3 to 6 attempts just to get in!!!
I had attempts at FIVE different captcha's before I was logged in today....only to find the forum littered with spam!!
I'm also having problems with the captchas and noticed spam still coming in. How can the spammers beat it and we can't?
SIX different captchas' to sign in today. What's that all about?
There are no registered technical faults with captcha but it is very sensitive, is it possible you are mistaking 'zero' for 'o' when the errors occur?
Annie, how come the spammers are still able to fill the forum with offers of fake passports and driving licences, when genuine members can't get the captcha to work?

It would have been better to say that you had asked your "developers'" to help the forumites IDENTIFY a 'zero' from an 'o' .....perhaps put a stroke through one?
My elongated '0' is a number and my 'o' and 'O' are letters.......what are yours? If the same then "No, I am not mistaking..."
I am sure that the multiple captchas' don't all contain such characters.
p.s. It was 4 or five captchas' to log in this time!
how come bookmarks are srill not working as well as logging in and out.
i was told that my id info had been corrupted by the changes.
i can log in but unable to see any of my bookmarks.
if you can't log back in try typing the captcha information as lower case letters (even if they show as otherwise) - it seems to work for me when I do that.
No captcha this evening? Somebody with 'can-do' has been reading this thread.
I am a human being so understand the need for a captcha even a double captcha to make life awkward for aliens and machines. Use a human friendly captcha please.
I still can't log out.
I've been logged in for weeks.
