I've lost my subscriber thingy and can't get into stuff!

My RW subscriber tag has disappeared and I can't get into subscriber-only content, but I'm still a subscriber! It says I can enter a subscriber number to get in, but I don't know what this is ... can anyone help please? thanks

The number should be on the wrapping of your next issue of Runners world magazine other than that no idea.

Happens to me sometimes for no reason but then it comes back again
