Almost as bad as that music ad a while ago, the one that when you rolled over it played music at you, took me ages to figure out what was causing it.

Is it me or does it seem to have bogged off ?

Nope...now it is appearing half way down my page when I scroll down!

I'm going back to viewing on my iphone as it doesn't show up on that

It's still there and I can't access "my forum" because of it.

Which is annoying because I need to know what Karen Samuel has to say!

I can cope with it when it confines itself tidily to the top right corner but am mighty fed up of it appearing halfway down the page.

Hi all,

Sorry to hear you've been having so many issues with the ad - I understand how frustrating it must be. We tested it (and tested it) last week and were confident it wouldn't interfere with normal browsing.

If you could all let me know the operating systems and browser versions you're using, I'll pass your details onto our tech team today and we'll do everything we can to get this sorted asap.

Thanks,

Alice

Hi Alice,

Sorry, only just seen your reply.

I'm using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer.

Thanks Saffy. The ad is due to come down at midnight tomorrow, but until then... the ad will go away after 15 seconds. If you'd rather not wait for it to disappear, you can make it go away permanently by clicking on the link. Clicking 'close' will remove it temporarily, but it will pop up again if you reload the page.

Hope that helps a bit!
