No 'report thread' button?

Have I missed something? I can't seem to find a "report" button to report spam inside the comments that are tied to an article.

Take this, for example:

The third comment (at least as I wrote this) was spam with the embedded link thing. Yet, I can't find a 'report to mod' button, and I can't even identify the spammer, as they've got their name turned off.

Short-term glitch, or something that needs fixing? 

Does RW towers care about spam or not?

This was reported days ago, and memno=721396 hasn't had any of their spammy posts deleted.

I'd like to be part of the solution by reporting things like this, but if RW isn't going to hold up the other end of the bargain, I'm out.
