Seems when people try to go to page 2 of the online entry, they get met with "PAGE NOT FOUND"....

Anyone else ?

Have sent an email, but assume it is monitored anyway and the fix is on the way ?

Never assume.... you make an ASS out of U and ME.

I think it's affecting all events, as someone else started a thread on this.

Yep, dangerous to assume it would have been noticed by RW Towers..no one have probably entered a race since Monday.

Plus you can't find the Website Bugs forum page unless you post a new thread, why isn't it in the top menu anymore?

(Purely a rhetorical question)

Lots of people have been mentioning this. RW posted on facebook/twitter that they were 'aware of the problem'

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience with our online entry problems last week. Unfortunately we had a few issues with our site security certificate, but that should all be fixed now and you should be able to enter races successfully again.

Best,

Dominique RW

Hi RIchard,

Which event are you trying to enter? What error screen or message do you get?

I'll report this to our tech team straight away.

Best,
Dominique

People are saying SERVER DOWN when they try and enter our race.

The Kirste 5 29/7/12

Please try and resolve this issue as people are phoning me saying they can't enter.

Thanks
