Hi there.

I tried to change my picture and now I have got the black square with "click to change" on it

Also, if I try and do anything to my profile, I get the message "please enter a valid email address". I have of course already entered my email address which originally worked but now doesn't.

Hi Mr Spoons,

Can't help you with the email bit, but I do know it can take a couple of days for your new pic to appear. Someone at RW towers checks it out before letting it appear on screen. In the meantime the black square thingy sits there.

Hi Saffy, I was aware they do the checking think. I can't work out why the old image disappeared though!

I'm not too bothered though, I'm in disguise
