Plotting a Route

I've tried to repeatedly to enter and save a route, but it just won't do it for me. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

I use mapmyrun.com.  It's easy to use, you can save routes, share them, find routes other people have mapped.

I was trying to use the Runners World route plotter on their website. It works fine until I try to save, then it just wipes out everything I've done. I've notified them of the problem and they acknowledged, but the problem has not gone away.  I have posted a run on the site and wanted to show the route. Thanks for the tips about other sites, though.
