Why the prompting?

If we have already filled out our subscriber no. under the 'My Details' section, why do we then still get prompted to enter our number again if we try to access 'Subscriber Only' info?

Hi Multi,

Apologies if we've caused you any confusion. Once you've entered your subscription number it becomes stored within your membership details.

You should only have to do this once. Could it be that you were not logged in for this instance?
