RW Schedules For Your Garmin

Welcome to our Garmin-ready training schedule index page - home to a selection of our premium online training plans you can now download straight to your Forerunner wrist unit.

Developed with input from top UK coaches, each of the programmes is not only proven to help you achieve your target-time finish - once you've downloaded a plan to your Forerunner, you'll never have to worry about whether you're running the correct pace or distance again.

Don't panic - you don't need to be a technological whizz to get started. So long as you have the latest version of Training Center running on your PC, your Garmin Forerunner (201, 301, 305 or 405) to hand and your chosen schedule page open, simply type in your target-race date to access the file.

What are you waiting for? Follow the links below to find a Forerunner-compatible plan suited to your racing goal:

Can anyone help me here? I have a garmin 305, and when I try to download the garmin schedules to my PC, a file appears in my documents, but the .WKT bit doesn't seem to get recognised. When I go to import schedules in training centre, the file doesn't even appear in documents. What do I do? Please help.
