Gear Pick: Nike Free Run +3 Women's Running Shoe

Nike Free Run +3 Women’s Running Shoe Price: £80

Annie says: Nike says these shoes create the feeling of barefoot running with cushioning and support. So if you’re trying to make the transition to barefoot or minimalist running, these are a good ‘halfway house’ of a shoe. They are ultra flexible for optimum comfort, too, and the horizontal flex grooves aid the runner’s natural stride.

Comfort is the bottom line with these shoes and that can't be a bad thing. They feature an inner mesh sleeve for the foot and a soft fitting system that attaches from the laces to wrap the mid-foot, nice and snug. Finally, as always with Nike, they look pretty cool and are available in a range of colours.
