Gear Pick of the Week: Bodyglide Anti Blister and Chafing Stick

Bodyglide Anti Blister and Chafing Stick (£12)

Kerry says: Because when it comes to blisters, prevention is much better than cure. Blisters and roughness caused by chafing can be frustrating and painful - and this stick is compact enough to tote in a waist pack for mid-run relief.

This petroleum-free, all natural stick fights blisters and chafing impressively well. Vitamin E nourishes skin while aloe moisturizes and softens while helping to heal open wounds. Combined, these two essentials can help relieve irritation and even kill bacteria.

Water and sweat-resistant, the mess-free formula can also be used to relieve dry and cracked skin. And you can relax - Bodyglide will leave no stains of your favourite kit.

Not only will the Bodyglide stick help to heal existing wounds, it will prevent them from forming in the first place. So before you head out the door for your next run, swipe the Bodyglide Stick on problem areas and enjoy a distraction-free, comfortable run.

Agreed.  If I don't use it my HRM rubs and also the bra straps rub.  With Bodyglide, no problems.

Best stuff since sliced bread. Great for using on feet before wearing any new shoes of any type, including killer heels.
