Amazing, I grew up watching this great man and he was a great influence on me getting in to running and then triathlons.

Great to see him get the massive respect he deserves, could have delved deeper back to his humble beginnings and what he does for his country and running in general, but what a brilliant man. If he retires, then they should erect monuments in his name.

Gambia's half marathon is set for the 26th of March 2016. Very exiting charity run in The Gambia. It gives runners the opportunity to visit The Gambia and have the most exiting race of your life. The race is challenging as the temperatures can be hot but hey; this race can be your personal challenge and holiday to The Gambia.

All runners world members are invited... visit www.gambiavolunteers.org
