2014 will be the fifth edition, and promises to deliver another world class event; 2013 Runners World race survey comments included: “Brilliant atmosphere, well organised” and “Crowds were fantastic…”.
Once the race is over, relax with family and friends at our Beach Village right next to the Finish line, where you can watch the action unfold on the big screen while you tuck into some well-earned food and drink.

What’s more, if you have children between seven and 17, why not enter them for the Iconiq Shlurp! Mini Mile Races that take place over the last mile of the Marathon route along the city’s renowned seafront road?
Numbers were up all round this year: over 9300 started the marathon where there were two new course records and over 2000 youngsters scrapped over the spoils in the Mini Mile before the full marathon got under way.
