Resistance Band Workout: Upper Body

Try this routine after a run to strengthen your upper body and core

1. Attach your resistance band to a doorway at shoulder level - wedging it in just above the top hinge should put it at the right height. Stand with your arms extended out in front of you, perpendicular to the band.

I am doing resistence after my every 10KM run which is daily,,,,,,, is that OK? so far no problems, but I don't think I am eating enough....
