In short: Good flat race with definite pb potential
In full: Always nice to run in Victoria Park as it's pancake flat! Small field made up by lots of club runners but us slower non-club people were just as welcome. No mile markers but 2 laps mean you pass the clock at halfway(ish) so are able to review progress. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon and a nice pre-London 'sharpener'!
