In short: Keeps getting better
In full: I've done this race every year since my first half in 2005, and it improves every time. As with any race, there are always some organisational problems, but every year the organisers make improvements. For example, chip timing is new this year, the improved start, the woodchip in the change tent. In my eyes, a steady improvement towards perfection makes this an absolute diamond of a race.
