In short: Beat my old pb after 10 years. Great support all the way round.
In full: It was a bit more undulating than I expected and there were quite a few awkward corners and some other sections where I found it hard to maintain a steady pace but with a pb there can't be that much to complain about! Nicely organised.

In short: Very popular race-entries closed before the day of teh race. Some hills but very runnable. I did my fastest 10k for ten years.
