In short: Good race with some nice touches.
In full: Race was well organised with some nice little touches (e.g. fresh fruit available at the finish). Warm and humid day so no PBs - unfortunately.

In short: Great race - thanks to all the marshalls and organisers.
In full: Nice not having to do the steps that were in last year's race. Lots of water stations and one with jelly bears! I hurt my ankle but still enjoyed it!!

In short: Excellent race - slightly crowded at the start but soon thins out between 1 - 2miles. Well done to all the organisers and marshalls.

In short: Good race and great value - definate PB potential.
In full: Good fast course (assuming no wind!!) - only a few walkers and cyclists that had to be avoided. Enjoyed the banana and SIS drink at the end. Only issue was at the start with congestion - someone hit my foot and almost pulled my shoe off but once on the promenade it seemed to thin out quite quickly.

In short: Hard race - enjoyable apart from the hills!!
In full: Thanks to everyone to helped out at the race. I agree with the comment about adding another water station at 5miles. Also would it be possible to move the 7 mile water station so it's not at the start of the last big hill?

In short: Really enjoyed this race (great preparation for FLM) - thanks to all the Marshalls.
In full: This is a great local race - believe it was better with a smaller field. Also the weather probably helped compared to last year!! Only shame was the tiolets but this didn't seem to upset things.

In short: Well orgainsed race with something for everyone.
In full: Very enjoyabe run - roads were generally very quiet, good atomsphere. Has some PB potential but you will be doing well to get one (I was less than a minute out on mine). Only slight comment on the orgainsation was the uncertainty over the start.

In short: Incredbly windy and slightly wet - course was scenic and flat. Probably would have done a PB without the adverse conditions. Slight problem with parking at the Mountbatten centrre due to another event.
